Frequent Visitors to the OBX for our entire lives, our family became permanent residents in 2019. WHY? Not only do we love the beach life, but our oldest son was born with cystic fibrosis. We quickly learned the salty air during our trips to the OBX contributed positively to his health. We are happy to say that he is healthier than he's been his entire life, now that he lives in salty air near the ocean. Because the salt air affects him so much, we named all of our cottages with a "SALT" theme... The OBX has impacted our lives so positively, we want to share the experience with you.
